Last week an old friend who was studied in anthropology together with me long time ago, Silvie Hueksema come to Indonesia for holiday with her son and husband, a Dutch man because they live in Holland.

I and my son met her with our other anthropology friend (Emmed) who live here. We met in Pondok Indah Mall last Wednesday (8/8/2007) , then her son and a family (niece) enjoy with us had dinner in Bakmi Gajah Mada...we talked until late night continued in Starbuck cafe while the kids watched film in the cinema. Next day (Thursday) I and my son met with Silvie again and we visited a music exhibition then had dinner in Soto Gebrak Tebet..while my son continue with his band training. Next week I will meet with my friend from Holland again after she back from Kuala Lumpur to meet her husband there and with him visit Jakarta again. Nice to enjoy with old friends.....

This Saturday (11/8/07) again met old friends from the anthropology and also one who live also in Holland (Frieda)..I met old friends from the anthropology in Pepeng house (Pepeng Jari2) to give his spirit in facing his bad condition of healthy...

On Sunday afternoon, 19 August 2007, I met again with Silvie and her family, we had dinner in traditional restaurant but well known, the lamb fried rice and then continue with eating ice cream in Pisa Cafe near their hotel Sari Pan Pacific. Enjoy again with real friends always made me a little happy to forget all my loneliness...
